Scenarios

I support the second scenario of mild development providing for the enhancement of the special character of the island. I am against wind farms, cruise ships and any form of mass tourism. But quality tourism should be encouraged through extending the season through cultural and nature activities. More attention should be paid to the provision of housing for seasonal employees as well as for teachers, medical personnel, and other professionals.
