Support to proposal 2

I support proposal number 2 but I am firmly opposed to the installation of wind turbines and I am also opposed to the improvement of port infrastructures to attract cruise ships. Theses big cruise ships destroy the environment.
Do not make new drillings but privilege construction of water reservoirs and tanks to collect rain water and privilege also recycling waste water.
