I support Scenario B - (A 10.1.2 Σενάριο Β - Προτεινόμενο Σενάριο)

In addition:

I am opposed to the installation of industrial-scale wind turbines on the island.

I am opposed to the expansion of the airport runway to allow larger planes frequent access, particularly attracting the routes of the common European low-cost carriers such as Ryanair, EasyJet, Vueling, etc.

I especially support of the following details outlined in Scenario 2:

a) Environmental Infrastructure:
Expansion of recycling activities and programs.
Better, more sustainable waste management.
Better, more sustainable water mnanagement, especially in the area of creating catchement systems to harvest winter rains for use in the summer months.

b) Transport and technical infrastructure:
Repair and asphalting of all primary roads and common dirt roads used by citizens for their daily activities.

c) Creation of photovoltaic stations and parks.

d) Promotion of alternative forms of tourism:
Expansion of tourism season to ease pressure on the ecosystem and infrastructure. For example, promotion of a 9-month tourist season that encompasses touristic activities that can take place in the Spring and Autumn, rather than just focussing on the 3 months of Summer.
